Assisted Living - Eagle Crest
Choosing a retirement setting for you or a loved one is a very difficult but important decision. We are very fortunate to have a quality option available right here in Northwestern Colorado considered one of the finest Assisted Living facilities in the state.
Eagle Crest is staffed by certified personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We offer our residents an affordable and convenient all-inclusive monthly plan.
Cardiopulmonary
The Cardiopulmonary Department at Rangely District Hospital is staffed by Registered and Certified Respiratory Therapists and provides preventive and restorative health needs for our pulmonary and cardiac patients. Dedicated therapist staff the Cardio-Pulmonary Department 7:00am to 5:30pm as well as covering the Emergency Room 7 days a week 24 hours a day.
Dietary Services
The primary mission for the Rangely District Hospital Dietary Department is to provide hospital patients with three meals per day. The Dietary Department also prepares Home Delivered Meals that are delivered weekdays to residents of the Rangely area. Upon referral from a physician, our Dietary Department will provide education and consultation for patients and their families with diabetes, weight management, and cardiovascular disease.
Emergency Room
The Rangely District Hospital Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve our community's health care needs. We have technicians, nurses, and physicians available on staff to help patients who are experiencing acute problems and are in need of treatment.
Family Medicine
At Rangely Family Medicine Clinic, we are dedicated to offering the highest-quality, comprehensive health care for you and your family. Our health care providers will give you personalized health care, which means taking the time to answer your questions, discuss treatment options, and address your concerns. Home Health
Home care is a simple phrase that encompasses a broad range of health and social services. Our services are provided by professional care providers in your home to assist with many medical and general health needs. We are available to respond to your needs and concerns with the full medical support only hospital based care can offer.
Laboratory
Rangely District Hospital maintains a comprehensive laboratory open for outpatient work from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Registered Medical Technologists are on call 24 hours a day for emergency services. Blood bank services are also available. Results for tests, which are sent out to our reference lab, are usually back within one or two days.
Nursing
Rangely District Hospital maintains both a comprehensive nursing and a rehabilitation facility. We have licensed Registered Nurses (R. N.) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) on staff 24 hours per day to assist in any medical emergency.
Physical Therapy
Rangely District Hospital offers Physical Therapy to help patients find the best way back from all types of injuries, illnesses, and acute and chronic conditions. We offer a full range of care that includes inpatient, outpatient, and home health services to help rehabilitate patients. We also perform Limited Functional Capacity Evaluations.
Radiology
The Radiology Department offers a full range of services including Standard Radiography, ER Radiography, Mammography, Ultrasounds, DEXA Bone Density Scans, Specialty Vascular Studies, CAT Scans, MRI, and Echocardiograms.
