Emergency Room

The Rangely District Hospital Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve our community's health care needs. We have technicians, nurses, and physicians available on staff to help patients who are experiencing acute problems and in need of treatment.

At Rangely Family Medicine Clinic, we are dedicated to offering the highest-quality, comprehensive health care for you and your family. Radiology Department

The Radiology Department offers a full range of services including Standard Radiography, ER Radiography, Mammography, Ultrasounds, DEXA Bone Density Scans, Specialty Vascular Studies, CAT Scans, MRI, and Echocardiograms.

Nursing

Rangely District Hospital maintains both a comprehensive nursing and rehabilitation facility. We have licensed Registered Nurses (R. N.) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) on staff 24 hours per day to assist in any medical emergency. Rangely District Hospital also has a Nurse Practitioner on staff that can perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order diagnostic studies such as lab work and x-rays, and can prescribe medication and other treatments.

Laboratory

Rangely District Hospital maintains a comprehensive laboratory open for outpatient work from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Registered Medical Technologists are on call 24 hours a day for emergency services. Blood bank services are also available. Results for tests, which are sent out to our reference lab, are usually back within one or two days.

Home Health

Home care is a simple phrase that encompasses a broad range of health and social services. Our services are provided by professional care providers in your home to assist with many medical and general health needs. Physical Therapy

Rangely District Hospital offers Physical Therapy to help patients find the best way back from all types of injuries, illnesses, and acute and chronic conditions. We offer a full range of care that includes inpatient, outpatient, and home health services to help rehabilitate patients. We also perform Limited Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Dietary Services

The primary mission for the Rangely District Hospital Dietary Department is to provide hospital patients with three meals per day. The Dietary Department also prepares Home Delivered Meals that are delivered weekdays to residents of the Rangely area. Upon referral from a physician, our Dietary Department will provide education and consultation for patients and their families with diabetes, weight management, and cardiovascular disease. The Rangely District Hospital Cafeteria is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wide rages of nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals are offered daily for families of patients, visitors, and Rangely District Hospital staff.
