We offer a full range of care that includes inpatient, outpatient, and home health services to help rehabilitate patients. We also perform Limited Functional Capacity Evaluations.

What We Can Do For You

We offer a full range of outpatient therapy services at the Physical Therapy Department. Whether you've injured your shoulder, strained your back or have recently had a knee replacement surgery, with a referral from your doctor we are equipped to assist you in your recovery. We also treat individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, stroke, and many other acute or chronic conditions.

Pre-Employment Testing
Our Physical Therapist performs a Limited Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE). This comprehensive, work-related test assesses an individual's physical ability to do a specific job or activity. The report clearly describes the tasks a worker could perform in a workday.  Employers that have used our services are Blue Mountain Energy, Key Energy, and the Rangely Fire Department.

Home Health Physical Therapy
Our registered Physical Therapist assists patients in regaining lost mobility, motor skills, and function. They provide treatment and exercise in the home to help relieve pain and improve the independent quality of life. How To Make An Appointment

Upon referral from a physician, our therapists will establish a plan of treatment aimed at restoring one's functional abilities, which may have been compromised by a serious injury, recent surgery, or disease. Our rehabilitation professional will work closely with family members to ensure a successful and smooth transition.
