Wellness Wednesday
This monthly event allows us to offer a number of health screenings
at a discounted rate to the community. Our goal is to keep Rangely
well.
WHEN:
The first Wednesday of each month starting in May from 9 a.m. to
4 p.m.

WHAT: General health
tests:
Blood Screening
~>Complete Blood Count (CBC) - includes parameters
for infection and anemia
~>Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) - includes test for liver
and kidney function
~>Lipid Panel - includes cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, and
LDL
~>Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) - tests thyroid function
~>Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) - screens for prostate cancer
in men
Other Test
Pulmonary (Lung) Function Screening - Pulse Oximetry
Vital Signs -- height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and respirations
** Payment is due at time of service.
Testing service fees will not be billed to insurance. **
