The communal dining area offers a warm, relaxed setting highlighted by the glow of a cozy fireplace. Outdoors, residents can enjoy a large gazebo, comfortable patio seating, and an outdoor walking park currently under construction—perfect for fresh air and peaceful moments.

Our monthly rates are among the most affordable in Western Colorado. We work closely with Medicaid and the Veterans Aid and Attendance Program to help offset costs and support families through the process.

Located just steps away from the hospital, physician offices, and physical therapy services, our team is happy to schedule and provide transportation to appointments. Eagle Crest residents also enjoy frequent outings and activities sponsored by the Senior Center, as well as access to the senior bus for shopping, appointments, and monthly trips to Grand Junction and Vernal.
