Eagle Crest is Medicaid Accepted and we are owned and operated by Rangley District Hospital. RDH has a long history in the care industry; having provided quality, compassionate medical care for more than 50 years.

The experienced, helpful staff at Eagle Crest is available 24 hours a day. The staff provides a variety of services including the provisions of, nutritious home cooked meals, social activities and assistance with bathing and dressing as needed.

Comfortable Family Atmosphere

Eagle Crest features bright open spaces full of natural light, plants, and homey living areas, private residential suites with individual bathrooms. The large multipurpose living room is furnished with a television and generous space for other activities such as working puzzles, playing cards, or games. The relaxing family ambiance of the communal dining area is bathed in the warm glow of a fireplace. Our residents enjoy a generous outdoor living area with a large gazebo, patio furnishings and a walking park is currently under construction!

Quality You Can Afford

With our convenient all inclusive monthly plan we offer certified 24 hour a day 7 day a week staff, 3 nutritious home-cooked meals daily, snacks, housekeeping, activities, medication assistance, assitance with bathing, dressing, grooming, access to the recreation center (62+ get in free). Our monthly rates are among the most affordable in Western Colorado. We work with the Veterans aid and attandance program and medicaid that also help with the monthly cost. Being close proximity to the hospital, doctor offices, and physical therapy offices, our staff is happy to make and transport residents to and from appointments. Eagle Crest is also well involved with lots of activities and outings that are sponsored by the senoir center. Our residents also have use of the senior bus that takes them on outings, shopping, doctor appointments in Grand Junction and Vernal once a month.
